Since most of these are intangible, license-based digital products, once a license key or software link is delivered, it cannot be taken back or reissued to another customer.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only approved in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Payment:
If you are charged twice for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error.
✅ Non-Delivery of Product:
If you made a successful payment but did not receive your license key, activation details, or service access within the committed delivery time (generally within 24 hours for licenses or 1–3 working days for service activation).
✅ Technical Error from Our Side:
If there was a technical issue on our system preventing you from receiving or activating your product.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
❌ Once a software license key, activation link, or download link has been delivered to your registered email.
❌ If you provide an incorrect email ID or fail to check your spam/junk folder.
❌ If your system or device does not meet the minimum requirements to install or run the software.
❌ If you purchased a product by mistake or changed your mind after activation.
❌ If a third-party software vendor (e.g., Tally, Busy, Microsoft, etc.) changes pricing or product features after your purchase.
❌ If the issue lies with third-party software incompatibility or customer-side configuration errors.
All customers are advised to check product descriptions, compatibility, and requirements before making a purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since our products are digitally delivered, order cancellations are allowed only before delivery of the license or activation information.
If your order is still pending and no delivery has occurred, you can request a cancellation by contacting our support team.
Once the digital product or key has been delivered, cancellation is not possible.
6. Refund Procedure
