3. Delivery Timelines

a. Software License Products

  • Delivery Time: Within 1 to 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.

  • Method: License key or activation link sent to your registered email.

b. Cloud / Remote Desktop (RDP) Services

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days, depending on configuration requirements.

  • Method: Access credentials and setup details shared via secure email or dashboard.

c. Installation & Setup Services

  • Delivery Time: Scheduled as per mutual convenience between the customer and our support team.

  • Method: Remote setup via secure session tools (e.g., AnyDesk or TeamViewer).

d. Custom or Enterprise Orders

For bulk, enterprise, or custom license orders, delivery timelines will be communicated individually after order verification.


4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  1. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with invoice details.

  2. A Delivery Email containing license keys, credentials, or setup details will follow after successful payment verification.

  3. You can also log in to your My Account section on our store to view order status and downloads (if applicable).

If you do not receive your delivery email within the specified time, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us directly.


5. Delivery Delays
